Banquet Server at Entertainment District-Downtown Kalamazoo in Kalamazoo, MI

 Server Job Description:

Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests.

The Banquet Server is responsible primarily for assisting in serving, setting-up,
and clean-up of all banquet functions.

This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

· Maintenance

Stock, clean and maintain restaurant to established standards.

Product knowledge including pricing, ingredients and recipes.

High volume, fast pace production.
Up-hold company policies and procedures.
Dinner Policy knowledge and compliance - upselling.

 Experience / Skills

· 1-2 yrs of service industry experience.

· Strong communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

· TAM/TIPS certification.

 Expectations

· 3-5 shifts per week including most weekends and holidays.

· Flexible scheduling

· Mixture of both day and night shifts.

· 6 month commitment.
